What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect highly trained crew members and a very passionate office manager to help answer any questions they may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the crew will call or text when they are on their way with an ETA. When the crew shows up to the job site, the crew lead will do a walkthrough of the residence just to see everything they need to move out or move in.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For moving day, I always recommend having all of the boxes together if possible and if the customer is able to disassemble anything as well but if not no worries the crew is highly capable of moving scattered boxes and disassembling everything.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local moves, out of state moves, office moves, single item moves, in-home moves, piano moves (upright, baby grand, and grand), safe moves, pool tables, treadmills, and pinball machines/arcade games.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is knowing how much easier it is for the customer to have us there and take care of everything for them. We know how stressful moving can be so just being there and doing whatever we can to make the customers life easier is the best part.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are highly trained from someone who has 10+ years of experience in the industry. Our guys are trained on wrapping the furniture for a safe transportation not only in the truck but also out of the home. Our guys are trained on how to properly and safely pack a truck to insure all of the furniture pieces are packed nicely not only for the transportation, but to make sure everything will fit in the truck that is needed.
