Horrible experience. 3 inexperienced crew who didn’t tie anything down or secure anything despite me proving brand new supplies. Things were damaged and furniture scratched in transit. Do not use this company.

Darrious and Isaac were awesome! They worked non-stop the entire two-hours they were here. They were extremely responsive to my needs and asked questions when in doubt. I wasn't sure how much PODS space I would need so I ordered a 16' and an 8' container (Just in case). When PODS delivered the containers, I thought still I wasn't going to have adequate space. Darrious worked his magic and strategically loaded the 16' container as if is it were a puzzle; each piece fit perfectly without an inch to spare. By not using the 8' container I'll be saving approximately $350 per month on storage. A HUGE win!! These two gentlemen are my new hero's!! The only negative thing was when I left a tip online when checking out. I told them their tip was included in the final settlement, and they said, oh no... we don't get those tips.
